How Can severe Pulmonary Edema Be Treated?
My mother had symptoms of tb... Got x-ray done and it showed some fluid in lungs.. Done another test where pleural was extracted and tested... But results showed no bacteria found.... However doctor suggested to start tb medication... My mother is taking the medicine from past 5 days... But no improvement yet... In fact it seems she has further reduced weight and got week... Can t walk and breathe properly... Please help

Sorry to hear about her problem.
In fact, TB treatment takes sometimes to work. Generally we wait for at least 7 to 14 days to guess if the drug is working.
However if her condition is not good, she should be taken to hospital for acute management.
